Acceptance

By using Raleigh Local Directory, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. The site is operated by Maaz Saleem of Grow More SEO.

What the directory is

The directory helps visitors find businesses by service and city. It is an information service, not a service provider, agent, or party to your arrangements with a business. You decide whether to contact or hire a business and should confirm details that matter to you.

Accuracy and placement labels

Listing details may be incomplete or out of date. Listings remain unverified until a verification date is shown. Confirm services, availability, qualifications, and other details directly with the business. “Featured” means an editorial selection. “Sponsored” means placement in a paid package. Images marked “Illustrative” are not photographs of the business.

Accounts

Give accurate information when creating an account and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account and should contact us if you think someone else has accessed it. You must be authorized to represent any business you claim or add. One person may manage several businesses. We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the site or violate these terms.

Content you submit

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give us a non-exclusive licence to store, use, reproduce, and display it on the directory to operate and promote the directory. You promise that your content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may edit, hide, or remove content when needed for accuracy, safety, legal compliance, or site operation.

Posts are reviewed before publishing and expire automatically. Do not submit discriminatory, misleading, unlawful, or infringing content. You are responsible for having permission to submit any text, photograph, or other material.

Service requests

The directory only passes your request on to a business. It is not a party to any agreement between you and that business. We do not guarantee a reply, price, quality, availability, or outcome. For an unclaimed listing, we keep the request and pass it on ourselves; the form explains this before submission.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are agreed with us directly. There is no online checkout. Plans are month-to-month and cancellable. Prices are those shown on the Plans page. We will tell you in writing before a price change. Plans do not guarantee rankings, calls, or leads. Free listing website links use the “nofollow” tag; paid listing links use the “sponsored” tag.

Before work begins, we will confirm the plan, price, included work, and billing arrangement with you. Contact us if you want to cancel or ask about a charge. Cancellation stops future monthly work after the current agreed period; it does not refund work already completed unless we agree otherwise in writing or the law requires it.

Claiming listings

Claiming a listing requires verification. You must be authorized to represent the business and provide accurate information. A claim request does not itself establish ownership or change a listing. We may decline a request if we cannot verify it. We may ask for a callback to a number shown on the listing or send a verification code to a business email address. Keep any verification code private and use it only for the claim you started.

Acceptable use

Use the directory lawfully. Do not impersonate another person or business, submit spam or malicious code, disrupt the site, access accounts or systems without permission, or send automated traffic that harms the service. We may restrict access when activity threatens the site, its data, or other users.

Information and ownership

We may use information you submit to review or update a listing. Site design and directory materials belong to us or our licensors. Business names, logos, and marks belong to their owners. Third-party sites linked from a listing are operated by others and have their own terms. When you submit material, you confirm you have permission to share it and allow us to display it as described in the Content you submit section. That permission ends when the material is removed from the directory, except for copies needed for backups, legal compliance, or resolving a dispute.

Disclaimers

The directory and its information are provided “as is” and “as available.” A listing is not an endorsement of a business. We are not responsible for a business's work, services, statements, or conduct. You should contact the business directly and use your judgment before making an arrangement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the directory. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

North Carolina law governs these terms. Disputes will be handled in the courts located in Wake County, North Carolina.
